Saturday October 11 - Western Illinois - Varsity Band only 

• Rehearse noon
  
• Load and eat snack 1:30pm
  
• Leave 2:30
  
• Stop in Macomb for fast food dinner-bring money
  
• 7:45 performance
  
• Back in Dunlap around 11pm
  

Friday October 17 - Football Game

• 6pm-meet in band room and change
  
• 7:15pm-perform pregame Cadet and Varsity
  
• Stay and watch halftime - Cadets, may change and leave after halftime
  
• Load Trailers after half time
  

Saturday October 18 - Southern Illinois - Vasity and Cadet Bands 

• 5 AM Cadet Band and Trailers will LEAVE
  
• 7AM Varsity Band will LEAVE
  
• 11am- Cadet Band performs
  
• 1:45pm-varsity band performs
  
• 2:15pm-awards
  
• Back in Dunlap around 7:30pm
