Due to scheduling conflicts, the December meeting of the Music Boosters has been moved to Tuesday, December 13 at 7:00 pm. We will meet in the Band Room, as the Town Hall is not available.

The bus for the ILMEA District Orchestra Festival will load at the High School on Sat morning, Nov 19 at 5:45 am and depart promptly at 6:00 am. If your student was selected for the district festival, please make sure they are on time. Congratulations to all participants, enjoy your day!
Congratulations to all of our 2016 ILMEA District 2 band & choir participants on a wonderful performance on Saturday. Special congrats to Amy Zhou for being seated 1st chair clarinet. Also to Libby Lewis & Adam Raso for being one of the top 2 in each of their Sop I & Bass I sections. The vocalists are invited to audition for the National Anthem choir and are notified later in Dec if they advance to the state level. Proud of our Eagle Music students!!  Congratulations to the students participating in the ILMEA District 2 Band and Chorus Festival at Augustana College on Sat., Nov 12. Also to the students participating in the ILMEA District Orchestra Festival in DeKalb, IL on Sat, Nov 19. Interested students auditioned in early October for the annual event. Selection is made by state judges based on performance of selected music, sight reading, scales & triads. The concerts at Augustana are at 4:15 for the Junior Chorus (7th-9th Grade) and 6:30 for the Band & Senior Chorus (10th-12th Grade). The Nov 19 Orchestra performance in DeKalb is at 5:30 pm. Again - Congratulations to all!
