Schedule for Washington Field Show – Sat, Sep 10
1:00 - Rehearse in the stadium
3:00 - Load trailers, eat provided snack & chaperones arrive
4:00 - OR SOONER if we are quick loading trailers - Leave DHS for Washington
4:45 - Arrive Washington, unload trailers & eat dinner in the stadium
5:45 - Get dressed
6:15 - Warm Up
7:40 - Performance in Class 7A
9:30 - Awards
10:30 - Return to DHS & unload trailers - have rides waiting
Students are to eat lunch before arriving for practice. We will have a snack before we load the buses. Concessions will be available at the stadium, so students should bring their own money to buy dinner before the performance.
Students may be checked out on the sign out sheet on their bus after the performance by a parent only, unless a note has been sent in advance to Ms Potts or Mr Shea.
We still need a few volunteers to help at the competition on Sat., as well as some snacks.
