Band Rehearsal - Regular rehearsal Tuesday, Oct 13 from 6-9 pm and NO rehearsal on Thursday, Oct 15
SIU Field Show - Saturday (Oct 17)
5:45 am Load buses
6:00 am Buses Leave
11:00 am Arrive at SIU – eat lunch, unload trailers, put together props
12:00 pm Get dressed
1:45 pm Performance
2:45 pm Awards
8:00 pm Return to DHS – unload trailers; students will call when we get close to home; everyone is expected to help unload trailers upon return to DHS.
Students can bring their own snacks for the bus (if they want them) and will need money for 2 meals during the day.
Please have rides ready for pick up once everything is unloaded.
Looking ahead to next week - since there is no school on Thur & Fri, Oct 22 & 23 there will NOT be rehearsal on Tues, Oct 20. However, there will be a required rehearsal for WIU for all Varsity students on Thur, Oct 22. Mark your calendars & make arrangements accordingly.
