1:30pm - Eat Taco Bar Lunch at DHS
Trailer Loaders Arrive
2:15pm - Chaperons Arrive
2:30pm - Busses leave
Snack upon arrival at U of I (provided)
5:30pm - get dressed
6:00pm - warm up
6:54pm - performance
7:10pm - A professional company takes a picture of the band right after they perform. You can order them that night
7:20 pm - get out of uniform
7:30 pm - Dinner (provided - Subway plus food from Music Boosters) @ the trailers
9:04pm - Marching Illini Perform (including Dunlap Alum Alex Fordyce!)
9:30pm - Awards (Can they keep the 1st place in class run going?)
**** The shows are filmed and you can order a DVD that night that will be sent in the weeks after. I don't remember the cost but I think it was about $25. As I recall, you have to have cash. That may change this year but last year they only took cash.
