Important info for Varsity Band Parents

Due to the large number of students who have now told us they will not be at camp on Friday, the parent performance at 3pm has been cancelled. We will finish rehearsal at 3pm and follow with our pizza and pool party until 4:30pm.   It is not possible to perform with such a number of students missing.  This is why we released the dates for camp in October and stressed in the pre-camp mailing all students need to be at camp all day, every day.  Missing one day of camp is like missing an entire week of rehearsals.  We do understand that for a couple of you it is a religious holiday which is unavoidable.  But many of the reasons we have been given could have been avoided. 

We have had an extremely productive three days and look forward to the fall season.  Our first performance will be at Fall Night Friday, August 23rd.  More info to come here!
