All electronic order forms must be submitted by Thursday, October 13. Once the form is completed, you will receive verification your order has been sent. An invoice for payment will be sent at a later date to the valid customer email address provided. A $3 transaction fee will be added to the order.
DO NOT INCLUDE CREDIT CARD INFORMATION WITH THIS ORDER FORM.
If you would like your order to be credited to a specific DHS music or theater student, please include their name on the form.
Orders can be picked up at GreenView (2700 W Cedar Hills Dr.) beginning Friday, November 18 (the Friday before Thanksgiving).
Below is the 2022 Marching Band Spirit Wear order form. We are excited to offer new theme gear for our show "Uninvited." Please note that ALL Varsity Marching Band members will already receive a short sleeve t-shirt. This is for any parent orders, cadet band members, or additional gear that you would like.
We are also excited to offer a new marching band shirt in maroon and black. Please see the order form for details.

All students who will be participating in marching band next fall need to return the following information sheet, responsibilities contract, and fees to the music office by May 20th.
DHS Band, Choir, and Orchestra students will be attending the Solo and Ensemble Contest at Rock Island High School on Saturday, February 26th. Please see the performance schedule and map of the school posted below.

Dunlap High School Music & Theater Boosters Trivia Night and Raffle. Join us for an evening of fun and a battle of wits at "Destination: Trivia" on Saturday, February 26, 2022 at the Redeemer Lutheran Church Life Center - 6801 N Allen Road, Peoria. Doors will open at 6pm. Trivia will begin at 7pm.
We request you to wear a mask during registration and when away from your table. As most will be eating/drinking during trivia, masks are optional at your table during the event.
Donation for the event is $15 per adult player and $5 for student players, with a maximum of eight (8) players per table. Teams are welcome to bring their own food and beverages (no concessions will be provided). No alcohol, please. You can prepay via Square, or pay by cash, check or credit card at registration the night of the event.

Teams will compete for a modest first-place prize, and a mediocre trophy...but mostly for bragging rights for the next year. Another trophy and modest prize will be awarded for team decorations and/or costumes fitting the evening's travel theme.
Fabulous Raffle – $500 Grand Prize plus Prize Bundles!!!
In addition, music students are selling raffle tickets for fabulous prize bundles, including a Grand Prize of $500 cash. Tickets are $5 each, and can be purchased from DHS music students beginning February 1st. Raffle is operated under Peoria County License R-32-21
All proceeds will go to the DHS Music & Theater Boosters General Fund, which supports the DHS performing arts programs. In the recent past, we have assisted in funding an equipment trailer, instrument repair, electronic and sound equipment, chaperone travel, competition travel, student awards, guest instructors, and more. We hope you will join us to help support our students and Fine Arts and Dunlap High School!!!
